ऑटो टेक्स्ट एमएस वर्ड प्रोसेसर के कई मुख्य लक्षणों में एक है यह वर्ड प्रोसेसर का एक शॉर्ट कट मेथड है जिसके द्वारा आप वैसे शब्दों जिसकी स्पेलिंग बड़ी और मुश्किल हो ऐसे शब्दों को बिना किसी परिश्रम के डॉक्यूमेंट में प्रविष्ट कर सकते हैं कुछ सॉफ्टवेयर में भी टेक्स्ट को औटोटेक्स्ट् में रख देते हैं जिससे उसका कुछ हिस्सा ही हम टाइप करते हैं और उससे रिलेटेड वर्ड स्क्रीन पर दिखाई देता है उस वर्ड को सेलेक्ट कर इंटर या टैब बटन प्रेस करने पर वह टेस्ट टाइप हो जाता है एमएस वर्ड खुद से शब्द या वाक्य को ऑटो टेक्स्ट बना सकते है. Auto text is one of the many main features of MS Word Processor, it is a short cut method of word processor by which you can enter words whose spelling is big and difficult in the document without any effort. In some software, we also put the text in auto text, so that we type only a part of it and the word related to it appears on the screen, by selecting that word and pressing the inter or tab button, it becomes test typed.

How to use Auto Text

उस टेक्स्ट डॉक्यूमेंट में टाइप करें जिसे ऑटो टेक्स्ट बनाना चाहते हैं.Type in the text document you want to create an auto text.
टेक्स्ट टाइप होने के बाद टेक्स्ट को सेलेक्ट कर Alt + F3 बटन प्रेस करें. After the text is typed, select the text and press the Alt + F3 button.
क्रिएट न्यू बिल्डिंग डायलॉग बॉक्स ओपन होगा. Create New Building dialog box will open

ओके बटन प्रेस करें. Press ok button
डॉक्यूमेंट मैं उस टेक्स्ट का कुछ वर्ड टाइप करें. Type some word of that text in the document
A3 बटन प्रेस करें ऑटो टेक्स्ट उसे कंप्लीट कर देगा. Press the A3 button auto text will complete it

MS Word 2007 Auto Correct Option

ऑटो करेक्ट एमएस ऑफिस पैकेज का एक एडवांस फीचर है इसमें टाइप किए गए टेक्स्ट में होने वाली कॉमन स्पेलिंग मिस्टेक को ऑटोमेटिक करेक्ट करने की फैसिलिटी होता है ऑटो करेक्ट फीचर का प्रयोग कर आप टाइपिंग में हुई त्रुटियों, व्याकरण त्रुटियों तथा केपीटलाइजेशन को स्वत: ठीक कर सकते हैं यदि आप डॉक्यूमेंट में Computre टाइप करते हैं तो ऑटोकरेक्ट आपके द्वारा टाइप किए गए शब्द को सही कर Computer के साथ स्वत: ही प्रतिस्थापित कर देता है

How to use Auto Correct

ऑफिस बटन पर क्लिक करें. Click on the Office button.
वर्ड ऑप्शन पर क्लिक करे. Click on the Word option.
प्रूफिंग बटन पर क्लिक करें. Click on the proofing button.
ऑटो करेक्ट ऑप्शन पर क्लिक करें. Click on auto correct option.
ऑटो करेक्ट ऑप्शन पर क्लिक करने पर ऑटो करेक्ट डायलॉग बॉक्स ओपन होता है. Clicking on the Auto Correct option opens the Auto Correct dialog box.

रिप्लेस (replace) के नीचे बने टेक्स्ट बॉक्स पर वह शब्द टाइप करें जिसे करेक्ट करना हो. Type the word that you want to correct on the text box below the replace.
टैब बटन प्रेस करें. Press the tab button.
विथ (with) के नीचे बने टेक्सटबॉक्स में सही स्पेलिंग का टेस्ट टाइप करें. Type the text of the correct spelling in the text box below with.
एड (Add) बटन पर क्लिक करें. Click on the Add button.
ओके (ok) बटन पर क्लिक करें. Click on ok button.
